SUMMARY
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment by performing the following duties.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bank Reconciliation experience
2yrs accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
Financial Statement preparation helpful, but not necessary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reconciles and maintains assigned general ledger account
Data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Ordering and distributing of company supplies.
Copies data and compiles records and reports.
Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
Share responsibility of answering phones.
Operates office machines such as adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Make bank deposits.
Communicate and share in similar responsibilities as other employees in accounting department.
Track and report bonded inventory and sales of bonded inventory.
